Hi, welcome to our policies. In this section, we’ll outline our terms and conditions and explain our procedures for shipping, pre-orders, and other facets of our operations.

It's important for our customers to understand that REIQ is a boutique studio. Though our team may be small, we are deeply committed to providing the best shopping experience possible. Unlike larger corporations, we handle each item with personal care and attention. This might mean our delivery times are not always as fast as those of bigger retailers, but with your continued support, we are dedicated to giving our best.


REIQ Inc. Shipping Policy


Environmentally Conscious Shipping: We're committed to a sustainable shipping process. To minimize our carbon footprint.

 

Combined Shipping: When purchasing multiple items, we aim to package them in a single box. This helps reduce waste and shipping costs and benefits the environment. However, items are most likely to be sent separately due to logistical reasons. Kindly note that we can't accommodate requests to combine orders.

 

Delivery Times: Combining orders can extend delivery times as we wait to ensure all items are ready. We will update you on your order's status and provide an estimated delivery date.

 

Processing Time: Given we are a small team, it might take up to 5 business days for your items to be packaged and shipped. Please understand potential delays due to restocks or special circumstances.

 


Issues & Claims:

Art Prints: Report undelivered, damaged, or printing issues within 30 days from the shipment date. Past this period, we won't offer refunds or reprints.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages: We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered. In case of suspected theft or missing packages, contact your local USPS with your tracking number. Consider speaking with your mail carrier for secure delivery options or getting a P.O. Box.

 

Incorrect Address: Orders returned due to incorrect or missing address details will be re-shipped at the customer's cost.

 

Damaged Goods: Contact us within 4 weeks of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Provide a description, and we'll request photographic evidence. Based on our assessment, a replacement may be provided. Persistent issues might require an alternative delivery address.

 


Product Specifics: Books and prints ship separately due to size differences. For damaged printed goods (e.g., art prints, calendars), photograph the imperfection and contact us with your order number.

 

International Orders

Delivery times typically range from 3–6 weeks depending on destination and carrier.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees (especially with UPS). These charges are determined by your country and are NOT included in your order total.

The recipient is fully responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.

Refused Shipments:
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, it will be returned to us.

Once received, we will issue a refund for the item(s) only, minus:

  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping fees
  • Any carrier-imposed charges (including brokerage fees)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.

REIQ Inc. Pre-Order Refund Policy


At REIQ Inc., we've structured our Pre-Order Refund Policy to guarantee a positive purchasing experience.

 

Pre-Ordering and Payment: Pre-ordered items require full payment at the time of purchase. The estimated shipping date will be communicated upon checkout.

 

Change of address: The address can not be changed after one (1)  week has passed. Please make sure you update your shipping address within seven (7)  days of your purchase.

 

Refund Eligibility: We offer a full refund within three (3) weeks of the purchase date should you change your mind. To initiate the refund, reach out to our Customer Service team, and we will return the amount to your original payment method.

 

Post-Refund Period: After the three-week refund period, your pre-order enters the production phase, making it ineligible for refunds. This policy enables us to maintain our production schedule and uphold our commitment to quality.
